Course to be held in three major blocks

Course Information
1st block (22 - 23 September)
Motto is: Building community and a shared vision; assembling the basics
- Introducing the course and the participants
- Participants' expectations, fears, challenges and goals
- What is the Person-Centered Approach and what is PCC?
- UQRIA: Understanding, Questions, Reassurance, Information, Advice (if asked for)
- Basic feelings: Sadness, Anxiety, Madness/Anger and Happiness (for some researchers also Interest)
- Active Listening with a focus on feelings and their meanings
- TO DO:
- Submit your reaction to the first block
- Read Rogers' and Farson's article on Active Listening OR watch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hkn-AKCS2rw and relate it to your experience in the active listening exercise
- Observe and reflect your communication f2f and online, focus on your feelings and their meanings

2nd block (6.- 7. October 2022)
