Creation of the test-database
Create a test database and fill it with the given sql-script.
Using the database with Aristaflow
- Download the additional activity templates and import it to Aristaflow
- All infos on how to import this templates are given in the README file within the zip-folder.
- Watch the Screencast « How to connect to a database » on the Arista-Homepage.
- The commands for Derby are (%DERBY_HOME% is the environmental variable pointing to the Derby directory):
- java -jar %DERBY_HOME%\lib\derbyrun.jar server start
- in ij: CONNECT 'jdbc:derby://localhost:1527/DBNAME;create=true';
- in ij: run 'createRel_derby.sql'; → SQL script from the homepage.
Tipp: You can also use the included SQL Explorer to work with the database.
