short seminar thesis and deadlines
The primary goal of the thesis is to inspire participants to reflect on their experiences as well as their own communication in light of person centered thought.

The following questions are intended to provide some hints for your exploration and reflection. Any other aspects YOU bring up are equally welcome!
- What and in which ways did I learn?
- What function did/does the personal goal questionnaire have for me?
- Is there anything I'd like to share with others regarding any of my goals and how it is evolving/changing/being met/… ?
- What is it that I particularly liked and disliked about the course? Based on that, what did I learn from these experiences?
- Were there any significant experiences that were particularly relevant to me or to the group? If yes, how would I describe them?
- How and in which respects do the articles (on active listening) relate ot the course expereince?
- Is there anything special I perceived in/about/in relationship to my colleagues or (incl. facilitators) and/or the group process I'd like to share at this point?
- What is person-centered communication like for me?
- In which ways/situations can person-centered communication be particularly beneficial for business? In which respect do you envisage problems?
- What are interesting questions that came up for me? Which questions would I like to follow-up to approach responses?
- What is perhaps the most important learning I take with me?
