Exploring personal visions
Exploring personal visions
An open, tentative process proposal (by Renate Motschnig @ Antonio Santos, 20/11/2012)
- Try to put your vision in clear words, find a fitting formulation. Is there any symbol, image, sound, that comes to your mind that connects to your vision? Is there any feeling involved in your vision? How does it feel and where do you feel it in your body?
- Think about the supportive, energizing, driving forces of your vision in yourself and/or your environment. How would you describe them? Identify and name a few. What do they mean to you? Share them with you team. Pick one important one. Can you feel it in your body when you focus on it? If so, how does it feel and where do you feel it?
- Is there anything that stands in your way when wanting to follow your vision? What is it? Pick one restraining, limiting force. How does it feel? Can you identify a place in your body where you feel it? If so, if you concentrate on it, does it tell you something? If you attend to it, does it change?
- Can you appreciate both the supporting and the hindering forces? What change, if any, would you welcome? What will be your next move?
- What does that all mean to you now?
- How was the process for you?
