Evaluation

• Active participation in the course 
• Online reflections: after the second course day and after the end of the course 
• Course-thesis: Brief summary (about 300 – 500 words) in which way(s), in the participant’s view, the course influenced the participant’s thinking, feeling, behavior, and further cooperation and development in the context of the iCom project (i.e. workshops, meetings, follow-up work, etc.) 
• The evolution of the participant’s PhD thesis. A brief summary in which way(s) the course influenced the participant’s PhD thesis (if applicable). 
   
• Participants' self-evaluation regarding all aspects and learning from the course. Particular interest concerns issues reflecting the awareness of system’s dynamics and personal potentialities/power/limits as a member of a team and/or an organization. In other words: What is/can be my influence, given my current position? Is it more or less than I thought/felt before the course?
