Mode and criteria of evaluation
Mix of
- Evaluation by the instructor taking into account:
- contributions in meetings
- online contributions (i.e. reaction sheets after blocks; self-evaluation at the end of the course)
- team project: concept, final quality of the work, and quality of the moderation
- Selfevaluation
- Peerevaluation of the team project and its presentation (e.g. orally after the moderation units)
To pass the course, the following is required:
1. Full attendance during all 6 days.
2. Active participation in classes and online.
3. Preparing and moderating a course unit in a team. The concept needs to be consulted with the instructor/s.
4. Submitting a reaction sheet after each of the three course blocks.
5. Submitting a final self-evaluation after block 3.
Your moderation unit will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Quality of the content (usefulness, correctness, relevance, originality …),
- Quality of the form (understandability, structure, dynamics…),
- Quality of the final report and materials provided,
- Evenly balanced and active teamwork.
