Reflecting Leadership Interactions in Teams

Participants in this Focus Topic are asked to reflect on one or two interpersonal interactions in their (student) teams that significantly influenced their work direction, team climate, and work outcomes [á 15 Minutes = 30 Minutes].

Participants are asked to follow the Reflection Guideline provided at: http://homepage.univie.ac.at/david.haselberger/RheaReflectionGuideline.pdf [reading: 15 Minutes] 
 
Focus Topic Participants are asked to meet on '''Wednesday, 11th of January, 2017, from 18:00 to 20:00 at the Faculty of Computer Science (Währinger Str. 29) 6th floor, room 6.35 to discuss their findings in a semi-structured Flow Session setting. [120 Minutes].

Participants are asked to evaluate the Reflection Template and Guideline, as well as the Flow Session Setting (Questionnaire: http://homepage.univie.ac.at/david.haselberger/Questionnaire.pdf). [20 Minutes] 
 
Written reflections and feedback in English are strongly preferred, the conversation during the Flow Session Setting can proceed in English or German.
